I have always been impressed with the service received, also the cleanliness and calming ambience at The Nayar Practice. One again I needed urgent advice on my 2 long term conditions. It did take a long time to get to the front of the phone queue but when I did the Receptionist was very kind, understanding and thorough. I was given an appointment later that day, my first with Alison. Alison was involved in 2 medical emergencies when I arrived and she came out to personally explain any possible delays. During my appointment she was very kind, understanding and professional. She needed to contact Dr Deepak and I was a party to the conversation. It was my first consultation with Dr Deepak too. Both Dr Deepak and Alison are lovely people with an enormous amount of professional knowledge. I've had a lot to cope with over last 3 months and couldn't have received better care anywhere. My physical conditions had affected my mental health but now I feel more confident to continue with the 2 long term conditions requiring my 3 recent appointments.

As always, absolutely everything was spot on and I always feel I am getting the very best care available for me.

Dr Alison Crossland was excellent throughout my appointment. She assured me and spoke to me with respect and on the same level. She was kind and offered me comfort during a distressing appointment. She made me feel at ease and could not fault her service at all. My daughter came along with me, who also agreed that she was very sympathetic and kind. This is the first time seeing Alison and I am glad she is part of the service. Please pass on this feedback.
